Canceling

As all orders are immediately sent to our partner lab for processing and printing and digital images are immediately released for download, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. Orders for digital download products cannot be canceled once the download has been sent. 

Returns and Reprints

Each order placed is custom printed for the client. Therefore it is not possible to return an order or claim a refund once your order has been placed. Should you have concerns or questions on your photos (i.e. edit requests, coloring, printing questions, etc.), please contact Blair White Creative BEFORE placing your order and we will gladly discuss with you.

Cropping: Parents are responsible for setting crops on all print orders. Reprints will NOT be issued for crops not set by the parents. Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been sent.

If you receive a damaged (i.e. torn or bent) or incorrectly printed image (inccorect file), please notify Blair White Creative as soon as possible so that your item(s) may be replaced. You may be asked to provide a copy of your invoice and an photograph of the damaged print(s). We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
